    Required Ingredients:

    • 🌰 1¼ cups hazelnut cocoa spread (Nutella-style), 6 heaping tbsp (300 g)
    • 🌾 1 cup + 4 heaping tbsp all-purpose flour (200 g)
    • 🥚 2 eggs
    • 🍬 powdered sugar (for coating the cookies)

    Instructions:

    🏷️ Preparing the dough:

    • In a large bowl, mix the hazelnut spread with the eggs until smooth.
    • Gradually add the flour and gently knead until a homogeneous, pliable dough forms.
    • Cover the bowl and refrigerate the dough for 25–30 minutes.

    🏷️ Shaping and baking:

    • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C), without convection.
    • Form small balls from the dough and roll them generously in powdered sugar.
    • Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie.
    • Bake for 12–14 minutes, until the cookies crack nicely on the surface while remaining soft inside.
    • Let them cool on a wire rack before serving.
